Default groaning noise issue 99 Camry

My wife's 99 Camry has 98000 miles on it. I have been having trouble with what seems to be a groaning noise up front. The noise happens with speeds above 40 mph and continues to get louder the faster the car goes.

I have switched tires from front to back and that has not fixed the problem. I also replaced the right front wheel bearing thinking that could be the issue. The reason I thought it was the bearing was that while taking weight off the right side (turning right), the noise would go away.

Any ideas? It's been a great car but I'm puzzled as to what the groaning sound is. It's not a metal to metal contact sound.
