I finally found the problem!!!
I didn't realize I had to change the brake switch. It has a 4 prong plug but only 2 where being used and they're for the
tail lights, the other 2 where open circuit and so when I jumpered them the cruise worked...and very well too
So if anyone has a question while it's all still fresh in my head let me know and in the mean time happy cruising
