Had the same exact thing happen to me last month. I noticed if I turned right the truck would lean and the tires would squeal a little bit. Looked under and sure enough, the end link was broken. I bought a Moog link, think it cost me about 40 bucks, took 15 mins to fix. After that it felt like I was driving a corvette....well not quite.
