No - Toyota never used the MZ series engines in their pickup trucks. The closest such application would be the 1MZ's and 3MZ's used in the Highlander.
The 1992 - 1996 JDM Windom (aka Lexus ES 300) used the 1MZ and offered a 5-speed manual. However, I don't know if both were ever offered in the same vehicle.
