Default Re: Rhino-Liner vs. Speedliner opinions (No Line-x)

I just read all the pages of this thread and you guys are cracking me up. Pissing matches online are always a source of entertainment.

We all know 123gone has a LineX franchise and from reading all of his comments on various threads he really knows his stuff. As a fellow business owner its my job to know my products inside and out, and to also be knowledgeable about the competition. I commend him on continuing to put people in their place. (By the way, if you can't form complete coherent sentences guys, please don't post.)

I just picked up my 2009 Doublecab last night and one of the first things I want to do is get a bedliner put in. My first choice is LineX simply because of their quality, warranty, and options. The only thing holding me up at this point is that they are so darn expensive. I got quoted $470 for a basic black application and $645 to have the Xtra added (which I want). Two trucks ago I had a 2000 Tundra Extended cab that I had a liner put in, I believe it was a Superliner, and was pretty pleased with it although I don't think it was thick enough and seemed a bit rubbery at times.

Is the above price out of line with what most people are seeing? I don't even want to hear about Rhino liners unless they have really improved themselves since 2000. Had a good buddy that had one put in new that year and within a few months it was very chalky and dull. One of the most expensive and worst applications I had seen.
