Default replacing the Front Right Torque Strut

Has anyone replaced the upper engine mount on a 2001 Highlander? I believe the correct name for this part is the “Front Right Torque Strut”. It’s the bar that is located on the top left of the engine (as you look from the front). I can see the engine end bush is worn and I feel the engine lurch as I start to drive.

Easy job or give to the dealer?

Thanks
