All the others that you see on  ebay or anywhere else usually provide the warranty through themselves and they will contact eclipse because they purchased it from a local retailer and got a fat discount for buying 100 of them.
Watch this when you purchase stuff online.
JL Audio has a big write up on their site too about their products not being warranted if they weren't purchased from an authorized retailer. |
They are an authorized Eclipse dealer just not for online. I have a full eclipse warranty card. Electronics usually mess up in the beginning anyway. So I'm not that worried about it.
