Enter this code in the payments section, under "Enter Your Friend's Crutchfield Referral Code". Don't enter it in the box "Special offer or catalogue code", because it won't work. If your invoice doesn't reflect the discount, you can also enter it in the special messages box on the additional info page at Checkout.
If you want to make sure it works, just call 1-888-292-2504. That's what I did, and it was really easy. They took the $20 off right away! It's only on your first order, however, and it has to be $200 or more. Good luck!
