I refill the radiator and the reservoir (plastic bottle) to the top with coolant and after a week I am getting p0128. I reset it couple of times but it coming back. what will be the troubleshoot?

Is the thermostat gone bad?

or engine coolant sensor?

Any suggestion to start with?
