I feel exactly the same way as you do. Oh, nice setup BTW.

Just got back from lake powell towing our 7500lb fiver with the 4klb boat behind that going tandom. And you know what, this truck never seaces to amaze me. Towing that amount of weight, draggin 2 tandom axle trailers you'd think it'd be sucking azz. Well, that is simply not the case and even on the large hills we were passing others. Passed a smaller Ford motor home on one good hill, and i think he was pissed as i could see him gain on me then fall behind again. Gain and then fall behind, and he wasn't even towing anything.

You wouldn't know the load was 20% more than rated capacity in any way really.

My brother ( same setup almost ) passed some semi trying to catch up to me, and looked down to see he was doing 85 and damn near crapped down both legs. But she was steady and secure even at that speed.

We set up camp on the beach, and i kinda got us in some pretty soft sand and buried the truck. So, we just set up camp there and thought we'd deal with getting unstuck when the trip was over. We aired down all the tires to about 20-30 psi, and even aired the trailers to 20. I hooked onto my brother's truck ( trailer attached ) with my empty truck and we just hammered down in 4 lo. Used S-1 until we felt we had momentum enough then went to S-2 and we had the whole beach chearing for us.

Needless to say, the tundy's pulled thru once again for us this trip. And many more to come i'm sure.

Sorry for the hijack, but happy towing.
