Default Re: what HID's do you recommend?

Sorry I didn't do any write-ups while I was working on these. The project took me alot longer then my other retrofits. I was in no rush to get these done and with work and everything else, I just did spend an hour here and there. The most time comsuming thing was triming the reflector for the solenoid, and both shrouds - that took long. All of my other retrofits I did last year took me 1-2 months and working during the winter was fairly quick.
The projectors in there are LS460 Bi-Xenons (Asian Version-had a tough time getting)running DL50's "Fatboys" and S2K single xenons running DL50's "Slim Version". It is really bright as hell and light up the road with razor sharp cut-offs. From a distant you can see the prizms of color (blue, violet, purple, some yellow, and white). At 100 ft (depending on angle) you'll see blue and pure whiteness and as you get to areond 25-30 ft (also depending on the angle) you'll see more of the flicker effects of each projectors independently -like two gemstones glittering differently. Both sets of projectors without colormod just stock. I did swap the fresnel lens for a clear on the LS460's. Right now I'm working on the foglights and putting a projector in there as well. If you need some ideas, let me know.
