Default Suspension height difference after 1" block install

I'm hoping you guys can help me diagnose a problem that I have found after installing 1" rear blocks the other day. My first mistake was that I didn't measure my driver and passenger side height before installing them. But after installation, there's about a 3/8" difference in height from side to side.

What I have already checked:
- Measures from multiple points on the truck: bottom of wheel, center of hub, the ground
- Tire pressure
- The blocks to make sure they fit right and were pulled together tightly
- Leaf springs to make sure there was no difference or broken leaf

From there, the only thing I can think of is that the gas tank is on the driver's side, and that the weight of the fuel may make that side sag. Any ideas would help!
