To relocate the horns so they are less noticeable, just loosen the bolts that hold them on and turn them toward the side they are on. For example, looking at the front of the truck, the left horn, turn it towards the passenger side. Same for the right, drivers. Way less noticeable.
And if you haven't already, take the covers off of the horns, they will get louder and there is no mechanical reason to have them there. The only tool you need is your hand for that one. Enjoy.

So i just said screw it and put them back to stock.
