you need to install a o2 sensor simulator if you remove the cats. The back set of o2 sensors are only there to tell the computer if your cats are there and in good working order. I took my cats off and haven't installed the sims yet. The cel came on after about half a tank of gas. There sure is a noticeable throttle response and throatier sound.
