i have done the semi truck horns for work and are really simple but don't know the price or brand, i would be afraid about the ebay ones, i would go to a semi truck shop and ask those guys for there preference

I had the same problem and looked at FIAMM and Hella, but ended up with a stebel combination. I have the Stebel TM-80 Magnum (x2), OEM (x2), and air horn all going at the same time. Here's a pic of the install - more in my album....
