Ok, well if it is illegal, then I'm out. I can't afford to spend $500 on something that is illegal which I could possibly be cited for by a police officer or at a safety check.

The same thing happened to me when I bought an HID kit with no reflectors. After reading up on it I found out that apparently this type of kit, although inexpensive blinds oncoming drivesr and is a safety hazard and illegal. So I got rid of my kit without installing it.

I read somewhere on another website that they claim blowing a train horn in traffic is in fact a safety hazard and not a safety device...???
