Copper brass radiators are better thermal conductors but are older in design. Aluminum radiators are better because they have MUCH larger tubes. This allows for faster coolant flow and more cooling surface area. 2 row (1.25" tubes) aluminum radiator is approximately equal to 4 row (.5" tubes) copper brass radiator. And it will be smaller and lighter.
