Maybe I misunderstood your last post, but there are two pulleys and the tensioner...at least on my 2001. Here's what I purchased when I changed my timing belt in May '08:

13540-50030 tensioner Assy ($38.56)
13505-0F010 idler S/A Timing ($60.64)
90311-38065 seal, type cam 2X ($11.12)
90311-A0001 seal, type crank ($6.86)
16100-5927583 water pump ($98.26)
16572-0F010 lower radiator hose ($17.10)
16571-0F010 upper radiator hose ($11.10)
96761-24019 o-ring ($2.25)
96761-35035 o-ring ($2.53)
16346-50010 gasket, thermostat (2.94) (Already had thermostat)
