Red - Yellow .... doesn't matter to the motor, it all about durable life of the anti-freeze:

The Red is a 5 year life anti-freeze.

The Yellow is a 2 year life anti-freeze.

I have been using the Preston (Yellow) in my 2000 Tundra for many years, I use it in my 2002 4Runner also.
