Re: Defective Undercover Tonneau cover
I did not remove my pics, I want everyone to see the damage this lid caused to my truck. Fact is Sean at undercover admitted on the phone they had problems with the lids on the new Tundras but that they fixed the problem. Once I gave them the serial # on my lid there attitude changed quickly and now they are going to replace my cover and take care of the body damage. As far as the hinge rivets shearing you have two different metals rubbing on each other and I am not a rocket scientist either but I live in a corrosive environment with lots of moisture and snow and cold and they use salt on the roads, and guess what both times they broke were in the winter!!!! Hmmmm. Interesting, Aluminum Rivets rubbing against Steel Brackets, not to mention you could see the pop rivets corroding. As far as editing and removing pics I can definately say I did not do that, although i see it clearly states me doing it, wish I would have known seeing I did not edit this thread at all.
