1999 SR5 with aftermarket leather and real wood trim (added by 1st owner, and the wood is beautiful!). 120,000 and outside of regular oil changes...

118K...Had throttle body cleaned to fix idle speed problem
112K...Had shop replace rear axel seals (and bearings "just because you're in there")
112K...flush tranny
110K...front brake pads. No roter surfacing needed.
108K...Put in new starter. Not too difficult DIY.
100K...new O2 sensor.
95K...new timing belt and water pump ("just because you're in there")

Unfixed is master door lock switch. I just can't justify like $250 so I can unlock the doors from inside. But, I'm getting close to it driving me nuts!

Wish list would be a little better quality carpet (Toyota carpets suck!), more comfy seats, and more low end power for climing hills to Lake Tahoe with the dog and everything but the kitchen sink loaded for family vacation.
