Hey I had a blown speaker too and a SOLUTION
. I have a 2000 Avalon. The Surround of the subwoofer(the foam part attaching to the fame) was not attached to the frame anymore and it made weird noise when listening to music. I put adhesive glue (the glue that is white but dries clear) all around the subwoofer and let it dry off and it fix my problem.
