I have an '02 Sequoia and the same thing happened to me. The window stopped working as well as all the outlets. I figured that it was the fuse so I changed it out, no help. Then I went to a higher amp fuse and still nothing worked. Over the last year my left-rear turn signal had been blinking furiously on the dash and was not working on the outside. I went out and purchased a new bulb and when I removed the lens and bulb it looked just fine! So I re-installed the old bulb and the turn-signal worked perfectly. This happened about 3 times over the course of 9 months. Finally I went ahead and installed the new bulb I had purchased even though the old one still worked. AND miracle of miracles the rear-window started working again and all my outlets too...go figure. So instead of a very expensive trip to the dealer try replacing the driver-side rear bulb or heck even all the turn-signal bulbs (very cheap @ $2 each) and see if that fixes the window problem.
