Default 2002 Tundra Poor Brake Issue

Good morning Guys

I have a weird issue regarding the brakes of my truck. I did the TSB brake upgrade about 2 or 3 months ago and everything went well and i am very happy i did it. But recently I noticed only when I brake super hard i feel the brake pedal getting really hard to where it feels that its locking up almost and during this I cant get the front wheels to lock up. When i brake i hear the wheels constantly squealing a little and the the pedal gets really hard and i cant push any harder on it. I removed the wheels to investigate and saw that the right front brake hose has a kink in it and I am replacing that tomorrow. Could you guys help me out? Is it the bent brake line causing the poor braking or is it overheating brake fluid? Any advice will be greatly appreciated....
