i know this is an old thread....

my oh3 4x4 has 101k and i'm thinking of switching to synth. it is a weekend and baja truck. i bought it 7 months ago and have only put 4k on it. should the initial oil change be drained after X miles to get the sludge out and replace the oil, or just change at regular interval, whatever that is?
