I'll be following this one as well. Wife called this morning (2006 V6 Rav Limited/ 57K) stranded at the local gas station. Oil all down the passenger side all way to the tailights (she drove about 1000' to get out of traffic. She said the car was knocking pretty badly when she parked. No CEL, no oil pressure light, no nothing. Front and rear calipers are soaked in oil.

Had car towed to dealer ($100.00) to have them say it was an oil line failure that they would take care of no charge. They told my wife they'd also steam clean the undercarriage. Will be interesting to see if the engine knocks when we get it back and how the brakes are.

I just got done doing the rack/pinion TSB as well as the JBL disc changer TSB--my 04 Tacoma never had any issues--This will be the last Toyota V6 I buy---Never had this problem with a Honda. Will update soon.
