It is part number 90987-02012. I was hoping to use the factory harness going from the fuse/relay box to the lights, snap in the relay, and then just hard wire from the fuse box back to the switch, but my fuse box does not have an open bay for the relay, so I guess i have to hardwire it in. Thanks!!
