Since the sleeves are glued on,this mod isn't really reversible. I could probably try a friction-fit to hold the sleeves in,but they make come loose due to vibration.
The foglights have to be disassembled and seperated. They lens is glued to the housing so you need to heat them up. You can follow Dennis' (BKA 2DaMax) how-to here Fog lamp fogged up! He took his fogs apart due to a popped bulb.
The sleeves were $8 each from SUV Lights (KLS has the link posted). They're originally for H4 bulbs but they fit around 9006 bulbs too. If you can find some yellow tinted glass tubing around 1" diameter they'd work too,the key is to surround the bulbs with yellow.
