Yeah good point, I think it was like 97 mph or something. He was early, it was in his post of his times, I can't recall it for sure, but this is totally true, I didn't think about this when I posted it.
But the speed limiter hit before he crossed the finish and his time was really close to the stock tires time. He may be able to get that time down a little by removing the speed limiter still.
