Now when I reach a certain speed or if the Santa Ana winds are blowing against my truck hard enough, there's a high pitch humming noise. Has anyone heard of something like this before? The grill looks nice as I had it powder coated black to match the front end, so it's not going anywhere! But I need to figure out a way to quiet things down... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you tried backing it with some screening? If you change the wind dynamic in some way the sound will change, but it might not be enough.
