Default Need Suggestion: Gauge Cluster Light

I will be replacing the guage cluster light on Seq., now is green. The options are red, amber, and blue. I like the blue, what is your suggestion?

Default Red

Red is easiest on your eyes at night. Any other color just helps in blinding you!

Ray....i'm for the red. i'll probably be doing the red in the future. my Clarion h/u can go from green to red (it's currently set to red), so it'll all match. a Tundra owner just swapped all of his stock lighting to red and it looks sweet!

Default Where do you get this upgrade?

And is it just the instrument cluster or are there other dash lights that get changed too?

Help me out here. I just got my 03 last Fri. (will post pics soon), and have an interest in blue dash lights. Can someone guide me through the change? Do you just color bulbs somehow? How many bulbs need to be done? Are they easy to get to, or do you need to tear your dash apart? Etc.
Thanks,
Mike

Try looking at "jdc580" he has his set up all red --- it does look sweet.

He has his radio, dash , and ac gauges hooked up. I think he's the person your looking for--- look at his pics.

Hope this helps !

Simias - I was just planning to swap the gauge cluster only and now thank you for giving me more idea. I will look into that.

The parts came in today. The gauge cluster and the key is red now. The driver side by the foot brake is blue now. All the interior and door lights are hyper white. Next step is to work on the center console and the rear center ac/heat control. I will try to finish it this weekend and take a look at the clock what I can do, hope the clock doesn't involve replacing the seven segment LED display. I tried the blue gauge cluster and it was dim and it comes out white background, but it looks cool. When it is done I will post pictures with someones help to post it on the board. And let you guys know how to do this mod. I want to know who are interested on this mods.
