It could be as early as December 3. The latest I would expect to see the first one is December 17. Some here are still clinging to the idea of a February launch, but they are wrong.

If that's the case, and I'm not doubting it, they ought to be releasing pricing with in the next couple days. Dec 3 is only 2 business days away.
