Default How do I back off the rear parking brake to pull rotor

I have a 2004 Sequoia. I am trying to replace the rear rotor. I didn't know it had a parking brake in the drum portion. Short of a blow torch, how do I back off the parking brake to remove the rotor?

There is a small 1/2" hole to access adjuster on the outboard side of rotor. If you rotate that hole to the 6 o'clock position you will see the adjuster. Insert adjuster tool or small screwdriver and rotate the adjuster. Hope this helps.

You can also slack the parking brake cable under the dash (especially if it was tightened in the past). Requires a 10mm deep socket.
