265/70/17 BF Goodrich All-Terrains

My wife has 265/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler AT-S's right now. I was planning to stay with this size and get her some BF G All-Terrains. I am getting told that the "boxier" BF G will rub. Granted her Goodyears do get close to the mudflap. This is an 05 SR5 4x4. I think the 70's are the way to go, but if they rub, I will be in the doghouse....again.
Help! And sorry, I know the 70 vs. 65 comes up a lot, but I really need to know about this particular tire in this size.
