07-Sequoia -- Expensive repair for a small problem
My factory DVD screen keeps flopping down and since the car is under warranty I took it to the dealer for repair. I thought they would tinker with the latch mechanism but they want to change the entire screen unit which I am sure is an expensive part. Should I be worried about having them change out the unit for such a small problem? They are also ordering me a new remote holder since the one that came with the vehicle was too small.

It generally makes more sense to replace it they try to fix it...and why worry about it its not coming out of your pocket. the old unit will get refurbished and put in someone elses somewhere down the line.
If it were me I'd want a NEW one over them fixing the old one.
