im stupid. I canceled my order on a 2003 mitsubishi evo 8. guess what the money is going to? HAHAHAHA Im gonna do a trailmaster front cradle from a tundra, king coilovers, and camburg uppers. That should hold me over till I get a new welder and finish my long travel kit.
I have heard that it does void the warranty. My friend is a mechanic for Toyota and he did the lift on my Sequoia. The only problem with my lift would be the upper ball joint on the control arms. Once I replace them with the Total Chaous fab. arms it will be Ok. I belive it will give me a additional 1 1/2 of lift.
...only voids the warranty on items affected by the lift ie if you replace the shocks, your old shocks aren't warranted...if you put on a cradle lift with spindle spacers and snap a spindle or wreck a ball joint, it's not covered...but if you lift the truck and then your muffler goes bad, it's covered.
I have the Revtek lift kit on my 2001 Sequoia. My understanding is that this lift kit does not void any warranties as it is not a true modification of the factory suspension. The lift is achieved by simply placing spacers into the factory suspension. I have a couple of photos posted.
