Question Undercab / Running Board Lights

I would like to add some LED lights to illuminate the ground underneath the doors (including the back) and the tops of the running boards.

I'd like them to turn on when I unlock the doors with the remote from the outside, or open the doors from the inside.

Does anyone know how hard this would be to do and if there is existing wiring I could tap into?
