Default Changed fluids, getting rotational noise/vibration

Sorry in advance... I tried searching, but after the reading the hundreds of posts on noises I gave up .

I have a 2002 sequoia w/ 48k miles on it. I changed all the fluids at about 45k and have been noticing a noise since. I changed the rear diff, front diff, transfer case and tranny fluid in a two day stretch.

Since then, I am getting a slight rumble. The noise is not constant and it almost sounds like you are going over a rumble strip on the highway. It is at low speeds only (15-20mph). It's not loud, but you can "feel" the vibration ever so slightly. Can't hear it over the radio, definitely not over the kids .

Any thoughts on why I'd get a problem now? I definitely don't remember hearing the noise before the change.
