Default 2002 Sequoia noise?

I've got a 2002 Sequoia Limited, and bought the truck with 50K miles. It has 65K now. At 70 mph, there is a harmonic kind of vibration wa wa wa wa sound. Above and below 70 no noise at all. Not sure what to try to look for, but it is annoying an you can feel a little vibration that seems maybe wheel bearing related? I've jacked the truck up and spun wheels and they seem fine. Truck has brand new tires and brakes, and shocks and struts are fine. I need help. Probably going to do a tranny pan drop over the weekend, but I don't think it is tranny related. Any advice would be helpful. It does have ABS and the trac brake system, which I know little to nothing about.

Did it do it BEFORE the new brakes and tires? IIRC there were some front diff issues on earlier models that some dealers were replacing.

May just need a high speed balancing. Discount Tire does it. I had the same problem on my MR2.

it definitely did the noise it before I put on new brakes/tires. I switched rims and tires from 2002 Sequoia to my 2002 Tundra to see if it helped. Vibration was a bit less since Tundra had brand new Michelin LTX's on it that were exact same size as Sequoia tires, which were newer Dunlop's, but I'm not a big Dunlop fan-very cheap tires.

Do Seqoia rims have ABS sensors I should have not switched out? I don't think truck has front diff since it is 2 wheel drive. Any chance of wheel bearings going out?
