You may want to try a Toyota parts store such as Sparks TRD Toyota or Champion Toyota. Both have links to their online store in the Classifieds section. I'd suggest calling either of them though, may help get to the part faster.
Otherwise, it may be a longshot, but try the TOYODIY.com site. There are exploded diagrams for just about everything. Not sure if interior parts are listed though, there's the longshot.
