Default Replace front brakes require new Bearings?

My son's Pathfinder requires you to change the bearing when you install new front rotors is that the case with my '01 Sequoia Limited? What is the process?

No. The rotors are floating since the caliper is fixed. They should pull right off. (Haven't looked at mine in awhile though, might want to double check)

You don't have to change the bearings on a Pathfinder either. They do have to be removed and should be cleaned and repacked, but if there are not worn or damaged they do not need to be replaced. You will need to replace the grease seals

OK thanks - I must have been misinformed about the pathfinder.
