Rear Seat Audio to Overhead DVD

I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their rear seat audio (RSA) to an overhead DVD player. If so, how did you do it? I am curious if the mounting and wiring (power, sound) for the existing RSA would make this a simple upgrade?

I put one in our 02 Tundra and am not really interested if it is going to involve ripping a bunch of stuff apart.
