Default Spooky and Ghostly oil pressure gauge

I oil pressure gauge has been acting up lately. Idle in stay below the 1/4 mark and drop down to the L section, highway speed same or half way, it fluctuate up and down. Is it the sensor or my whole cluster goes to hell?

I had my Oil Pressure Sender replaced twice. Afterwhich I learned that after a while, Toyota discovered that it wasn't the switch, but rather a problem at the gauge on the dashboard. The fix was to order a new cluster assembly and reprogram it whatever miles you already have. Being that mine is out of warranty, I don't have a problem dealing with a fluctuating gauge. There is a bulletin on this if you want to check it out for yourself.
