Default remove VSC computer

From reading thru the posts on the VSC sytem on the Sequoia it seems like no one likes it and causes nothing but issues. I know you can turn it off when the vechicle is in 4wd, but it is on all the time in 2wd with shutting it off not an option.

Will the vechile move and/or run if you removed the traction control computer or is it integrated into the ECM and ABS computer.

I find myself wasting fuel and wear tear running around in 4wd just so I can shut the stupid thing off. Nothing worse than pulling out of side road with the road wet or mud on your tires and having the thing carve halfway out in the road.

Better yet, how can you replace the computer yourself and who sells them? Anyone out there know?
