Default 2006 Sequioa Starting Problem

Well, my 06' Sequioa has 39k miles on it & is out of warranty....

The problem has happened twice now just recently.

I go to start it & click...click....click...click......nothing......b attery is fully charged ( green eye on battery ).....I have strong headlights which indicates the battery is strong. Battery cables are tight with no corrosion on them... I check the battery with hand held voltmeter & have 13-14 volts.

Voltmeter on car severely discharges ( pegs downward ) as I turn the key to start..... This may happen about 6 to 10 times.......and then I try once more & it starts.......so it is an intermittent problem it sounds like.....Oh ****....

This has happened twice now within the last 3 days....Trying to troubleshoot without going to the dealer...

Could this be a potential starter or solenoid problem....????? Any suggestions ???

I really appreciate anyone's professional knowledge....
