Default wheel bearing Vs. Unbalanced tires

I just noticed a loud noticed hum drone noise when on the highway. I had two new front tires put in before my Memorial day trip. I drove without any problem.

I went back and re-balance again today, still having these "whistling, whine noise " on highway and around 40mph street.

I rock the wheels back and forth, no movement, but man those noise could be the wheel bearing. Help with suggestion?

expect the noise is caused by the tread pattern

Check to see if the noise changes pitch or goes away when turning the wheel back and forth. Swerve side to side. The bad wheel bearing will get quieter when loaded, more noisy when unloaded.

I thought about that, but I just came back from a 12 hours trip down to South Texas without a hitch! Only in the last three days.
