Question Any OEM or aftermarket mount for front license plate

My state does not require front tags, but would like to affix a front vanity plate to my 07 Sequoia LTD anyway, Other than going straight into the bumper at the dimples with self tap screws (nevermind how to get a steel flat plate to conform to the radius of the bumper), does anyone know of an OEM part or aftermarket source for a front place bracket?

There are no brackets. My 04 and my friend's 05 (same as your 07) both have large diameter sheet metal screws holding the plated on. Toyota didn't think it through. As you can tell, it's not designed for front plates.
