JBA Headers provided Gaskets

Hi,

My vehicle is a Toyota Sequoia 2002 with 113000 miles.

I will replace S&S headers due to leakage on driver side with brand new Stainless Steel JBA headers. I have a few questions for the wise ones on the subject.

Is there any problem with the provided gaskets by jba? Would it be safe to use them instead of the oem? If so why? Bad experiences? etc etc...

I already removed the oem exhaust maneufolds and install headers once. It is ok to re-use the factory studs and nuts or should i replace them?
