Question Rear window parts broken

My 10 yr old son SLAMMED the rear hatch closed in a fit of anger and broke 2 pieces on the rear window. I know what parts I need but has anyone looked at there rear window under the panels. Specifically the arms and slides that move back and forth on the track. There is a ball joint that is connected to a plastic part that slides back and forth, that is the first thing broke. I can fix that , no problem.......
The next part is a WHITE plastic piece that is about 12" long and is "C" channel shape that fits over the bottom of the glass and these 2 arms bolt to this plastic piece. That WHITE plastic piece broke at the bolt hole. I have everything apart but I cannot figure out how the plastic piece comes off the bottom of the glass.
Does it just slip on there and is just stuck from being 5 years old, or is it glued. I do know that it is NOT bolted in place......
Any suggestions........Thanks:conf used:

Thanks, great link. I just called the dealer and said that those pieces are put on with epoxy from the factory and you have to buy the new glass window. $600. Ouch. Guess I will start looking in junk yards.
