Default Dash and A/C Lights

I may have really really screwed up. I have been changing out my interior lights with some LEDs. My very last bulb was the lighter ring. I plugged a 5mm bulb into the existing socket and 'boom' my lights go out. The green dash background bulbs go out. and the A/C panel lights go out. The seatbelt, door open, all those lights work just not the gauge background lights. Also the A/C lights went out. The radio works and the little screen that shows where the air is blowing works. And yes I did check all the fuses and the dimmer.

Any ideas? Please help...I am supposed to be driving out of town next weekend. Thank you so much for any ideas.

I know nobody has said anything, but in case anyone has this problem in the future. I opened the cluster panel and noticed the small coil/springs. When I was putting the pieces back together, one of the springs did not go back in the hole it was supposed to. I got everything in the correct place and it worked! Good luck ya'll
